well, we took the TDi disco playing today. didn't get stuck once. It performed pretty damned impressively, on standard-size AT tyres and standard suspension.
The side steps are rather an odd shape now, though.
Also there were a group of 4 mitsubishi delicias, which performed very well indeed for what they are, and weren't fazed by bent side steps either.
