I have just purchased 2 pairs of JATE rings from a LR mag advertiser.
I've have a quick look at them. They are coloured silvery and not the brassy colour that I expected.
One has what looks like clinker embedded on it's surface. They look like poor quality castings.
I'm not happy using these on my Defender as they don't look strong enough.
I had bought them expecting to use them for full recovery purposes including KERR recovery.
Any thoughts?
