Looking for tyres - has anyone fitted Maxxis tyres to their Discovery?

I need 4 new tyres and have been quoted =A350 each for Maxxis and =A377 for Goodyears. Any reason why I shouldn't save myself over =A3100 and go for the Maxxis?
