I recently bought a part (a lower dash panel for a series 3) direct from the Land Rover Orphanage (they're an eBay shop, but I contacted them direct as they didn't have the dash advertised). Richard the owner asked me to send a cheque for £30 (£20 part, £10 postage) which I did. The dash arrived, and I am very happy with it as its a hell of lot better than my current dash which is literally rusting to bits (lots of bits!!!!). But to make things even better, I found a note from Richard to say that the part wasn't as good as he thought it was, so he's sent me a £10 refund!! Now that's excellent customer service.
I recommend the Land Rover Orphanage. They have lots of parts on their eBay shop
