Hi There Can anyone help with what to replace the nylon rollers with? I live in Australia and have seen after market aliminium rollers overseas. I am thinking a bearing or similar. I did see a quick fix solution on a land rover site some time ago but can't remember where. The Td5 is a 99 model and the reg that is gone is the front passenger door (LHS). Does anyone know the diametre and width of these nylon rollers? Thanks in Advance Sheridan

I cant get to the roller to measure it accurately, but the channel is 25mm allowing about 1mm either side for the angle formed by the bend, the bit that slides in the channel is approx 4mm, and the overall depth about 8mm. Something like...

When my Disco regulator packed up I stripped out the unit and turned up a couple of brass rollers to the nylon pattern, and re-rivetted them to the arm.
That was 8 years ago and no problems since.
