can anyone help me bleed my hydraulic clutch system

I have a fiat doblo 2006 model i have just changed the clutch master cylinder , there is no bleed nipple on master cylinder so of i go to the slave cylinder by the gearbox to find what looks like a bleed nipple it looks like a pressure valve bleed nipple that can not be undone the system is hydraulic but still can not find away to bleed it can anyone help please

I don't know this particular car but firstly you've got to be at the highest point - i.e trying to bleed at the slave cannot work (assuming the slave is below the master). If I was faced with this I would try slackening the pipe where it emerges from the master cylinder and letting the air out there.

I've had success with brakes in the past where the bleed nipple has sheared off, by letting the air put of the pipe connection nearest to the wheel cylinder.
