hatchback boot prob

sounds like the lock has overrun and is covering the area where the boot catch goes into it. use a screwdriver and gently pry the catch back and you should be able to close and lock the boot.

What Chris said. Also if it isn't that then check for the alignment of the catch and the catchy bit (dunno technical term). Another favourite cause has been things under the rubber seal so you can't see them. Wrecked a small torch that way once.

I have a renault hatchback clio and the boot door is not shutting or locking. Any advice on a fix would be good ?
