Anyone know whether this is a belt or chain timed engine?
The dealer reckons it's due for change at it's next service, it's a chain, and it's due to be changed at 45k miles.
Methinks that's a belt - not a chain - as I'd expect ~100k intervals?

Its a belt under a metal cover which looks like a timing chain. There is abit more strip down work needed with this engine than a conventional plastic cover.
The interval is 60k or 5 years whichever is first.
