Seriously, get a sledgehammer, and hit the back of the wheel hard, through a block of wood, then turn the wheel 1/2 a turn, and repeat until the wheel drops off.

Make sure the car is very well supported when doing this, use axle stands, and place blocks of wood under the sills so if it comes off the stand, it has somewhere to land on that isn't you!
