no, not mine, but a beautifully kept red 90 miata belonging to someone i know was rear-ended by someone w/o license OR insurance. the car ended up being pushed into the car in front of it, so there is major body damage to the front & back of the car.
i am planning on transplanting a few things from the car into marvin (my 90 sky blue) (for example the top had been recently replaced) and my mechanic is probably going to buy the tranny & differential, but the bottom line is that for anybody with an older miata, and in S. Cal, this is a chance to get certain replacement parts, such as a pair of doors (electric windows) etc.
