anyone know where I might be able to get hold of some steel wheels with 4 stud 98mm PCD 195 wheels ?

Wheels generally come in inches width. You are looking for 5.5 or 6 wide.
So unknown inches diameter (12, 14, 15, 16, etc) x 5.5 or 6j wide.
Try Italianspares on ebay.
Seems a decent sort, and he's sorted me with a load of bits for the 75 restoration for next to f*ck-all.
try your local fiat owning boyracer type :)
prolly has some steels sitting from when he moved to his uber shiny 18" rims failing that local breakers?
