Adjustable steering column?? (I'd bloody hope so!)

formatting link

Do these have an adjustable steering column, or are they just incredibly uncomfortable to steer? I guess the answer's probably a yes, as it looks like the front door (bonnet?) wouldn't close otherwise.

Also, any idea what size engine these have, and what wheel(s) are driven - the back one or the front two?!

Any idea of what sort of economy they'd do?

Got a feeling Burgerman had one (or knew someone that did), but I'm too tired to bother googling right now.

It doesn't adjust (AFAIK), but it swings back into the car once seated, as the door shuts.

And swings out when you open the door unless you pull up too close to the garage wall then you have to put it in reverses and... Oh hang on they don't have reverse. ;)

Rumour has it that, that is the reason that the first mobile phone was invented "Ring, Ring, Hello, yes, I've done it again. Can you come and push the bubble back..."

Yep, think so! If not, it was something pretty similar.

The man I got one KG from was selling it so he could get one of those. I always preferred the Messerschmitt ones. (Hmm maybe a fireblade or Hayabusa engine would go in one?)
