You clearly did have a bit of a clue, demonstrated by you saying:

Which demonstrates that you know the difference between a spoiler with legs, and a lip spoiler.

Well you're obviously a bit thick then - people call lip spoilers lip spoilers because that's what they are. If it's something else, it'll be called something else.
