Steve Steve Steve

though hath no taste. you like Alfas for christ sake :)

subtle and not over board :) imagine it with the rims sprayed antracite :)

Rob.

Drive that a fair bit.

Then drive a standard one.

Then honestly come back to us and tell us what you reckon was better.

Peter

So what are the bad points then?

Peter its going to be for the wife as a daily driver it honestly wont get driven properly :)

pootled to tesco and back probably need a clutch every 3k :) and rims refurbished every other week :)

Here's a few pointers:

It's too low The wheels are too big The tyres are too thin

The result of which:

You'll feel every imperfection in the road (you could drive over a Rizla and feel it) It'll handle like a puppy on rollerskates (especially in the wet) You'll go through bearings / CV joints / suspension bushes like there's no tomorrow... which will only accentuate the above.

She likes as is.

wheras i would have preffered something along the lines of a veccy V6 estate. she's from the West Coast do you expect any less :) bloody weegies and there hatred for all things sensible and estate like

That's even more reason to have a standard one.

But surely an improvement on a chavved up 2litre Nova though is it not?

i see no neons stick on s**te spoilers lairy paint or things that generally dont belong.

i've come a long way :)

Have you ever driven a standard one?

Actually, when you grow up, you'll probably understand.

I'll give it a few weeks for the novelty to wear off. Or for her to rip the exhaust off on a speed bump. After you've done that a few times and have vibration whitefinger from all the road imperfections you soon get bored of stupidly low suspension and big wheels.

)

Tsk tsk i do with you would use a spell checker Steve.

(aah the worm has turned)

put me down for a fiver on a week)

I think its quite pretty, but seriously, i am so drunj right now.

No, having driven a 2 litre nova, there is very little more fun

The wheels are too big for the brakes.

Shiny though. :)
