Whilst it's undoubtedly tasteless, and very, very silly, it's surely worth at least that.
If you wanted to build this "car", it'd cost fassands an fassands of pahnds.
What I can't get over, though, is that with the immense of amount of work and money put into the bloody thing, they kept the (I assume) original steering wheel?
