Hi,
I've got a 1996 306 Petrol and the car thinks the keys is always in the on position. With the key out, the lights are on, on the dash and you can type in the 4 pin code thingy.... This drains the battery after awhile.
If I jump start it the car starts up ok.... but then when I take the key out nothing changes, the engine keeps running etc.... I have to stall it to stop, and then again all the lights just stay on.
I've just replaced the ignition barrel but this has made no difference.....
Any suggestions much appriecated.
