what size is a motor stamped vcd407 on a 1964 daytona ? is it a 259 or a 289 ? thanks

I am sure that Lee knows, but technically, it is a 259 built in South Bend, IN, USA for installation in a car assembled in Hamilton, ON, Canada.

According to the shop manual, it was for a CDN built car. But, yes, I do realize the foundry was kept open in SB for the rest of the '64 model year.
