I just looked at and have a chance to buy three bulletnose Champions. One a 1950 two door and two fourdoors, a fifty and a fifty one. All three have had their tops (and associated door parts) cut off and the exposed edges shaped (bondo or metal?) to look decent. They were originally used in the Studebakers nightclubs and had been painted up nicely and upholstered half decent....way back then... They have been sitting for about twenty years under sheds but otherwise exposed. The fifty one four door has had the front (from center of the wheels forward) cut off and turned into a DJ booth although the rest of the car is untouched (minus roof of course). The cut off parts of the 51 were laying around with it. All three cars did run and drive (for whatever the heck that's worth) twenty years ago. The remaining body and interior parts are in decent shape. All the mechanicals are intact. I doubt that any of these three would be worth putting back on the road again; MAYBE the 50 two door strictly as a "parade" car. Anyone out there have any idea what I should offer for these "creations"? Studebaker George
