Smebody is hellbent on keeping retards, menatlly handicapped and women who put on makeup while driving and chatting on the cell phone a vehicle. I would like to vomit on the homos in charge of all this. homos is a real word. Like straight mens engineering.

If you take the attitude that government should take complete charge of our lives, this is the type crap you end up with. Costs more money and does nothing for anyone with an ounce of brains.
