1994 mitsubishi mirage/eagle summit

air compressor is working but someone installed a new radio, due to the old one being stolen and everytime I put the fuses under the hood for the AC, it blows the fuses. Also need to know that fuses go where internally. There is no fuse cover over the fuses inside the car. Also there is a red wire going into the fuse box and there is no fuse there, but a red wire is coming from under the hood near the clutch. It looks like the red wire coming from the radio. Where would I go to on the web to find info pertaining to this vehicle? HELP
