Push AND HOLD the ">" part of the "< SEEK/TRACK >" button on the unit as long as neccessary. The ">" button on the steering wheel however does NOT do the job...
My MP3 Books are all split into multiple tracks. With my aftermarket Kenwood MP3 player I can't fast forward within a track, but I can skip to the next track. When I make my own MP3 books, I usually use 10 minute tracks. The commercial ones are often a little shorter (maybe 7 minutes). My Ford Fusion owner's guide claims I can fast forward within an MP3 track, but I have never tried it - I guess I will have to try it tonight....
