What's wrong with shifting money from people who don't don anything to people who do?

There is a whole industry including gov't that makes their living off the sick, lame, and lazy. Do you expect these professionals to turn productive?

How stupid can you be?

The minimum wages had nothing to do with the drop in the stock market. The housing market, fuel prices and mortgage defaults had a lot to do with it.

you may have heard something about it is better to remain quiet and let others think you are stupid than to open your mouth (or keyboard) and demonstrate it.

You are one of the people here who demonstrate how true this is.

Another right wing conservative trying to stifle free thinking and writing. As the sub prime (liar loans) poop hits the fan let's give credit to those that made it possible. Puppet George in a Feb. 2003 speech, "The more somebody owns, the more somebody is going to have a stake in the future of the country. We want everybody to have their own home. We want everybody to have their own balance sheet, their own savings, their own plans". Translated that means, my friends that put me in office want lots of dollars out there because they know whose pockets those dollars will eventually find.

Me, right wing conservative? I am a liberal. And proud of it.

Being liberal doesn't mean that I don't pay attention to economics or the stock market or pay attention to facts.

Apparently you are liberal, too. But that doesn't mean you have a clue.
