I want to know if anybody run into this problem: The panel on the Curtain Air bag keep on popping out, and I don't know why. At first, I thought the clip holding it wear out so I purchased a new clip. That didn't work at all. Anybody have any suggestion beside taking it to the dearler? I hate to take it to my dealer. It's too much hassle. I think maybe the panel itself is wearing off.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciate it.

Since the car is probably covered under warranty, I recommend that you take it back to the dealer for a proper diagnosis and repair. The hassle of going to the dealer does not compare with the hassle caused by an improper repair.
Must have a real lemon - trade it in and hope ya have better luck on the next one. It came with a 3 year warranty for just such problems - let the dealer rectify it.
