And, the way I hear it, the Canadian Mounties have nothing on the US Marines for Getting Their Man. Marines have finally caught up with one of their own who walked away from the Vietnam War, 36(?) years later. (Okay, they had help from an informer but they keep the files open as a matter of course and have a special unit that chases deserters. So BBC radio told us, a couple of nights ago.)
