Does anyone know of anything that can be done to the V8 in the Tundra to increase power? And where can I find info on programming the factory keyless entry? I would at least like to get rid of the beeps. I have a 2003 4wd Access Cab. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on how much you want to spend. You can get a supercharger and headers from TRD is you've got the bucks. Or maybe just a FIPK from K&N.

Unichip.
It's made by Fujitsu. If you have the full RS3200 alarm, there are programming options. If you have only keyless, it is stuck as it is (only costs about $120 to upgrade).
Look under the power brake booster. See the little red thing wrapped in foam? Unplug it, or wrap some duct tape around the front of it.

DC has the same system as the Sequoia... it's different on the AC.

Not exactly true. Check the K&N web site for the 4.7 dyno chart. The FIPK causes a loss of power in the lower rpm range!!!
