The "New" Beetle is water-cooled. It looks like he supplies radiators for numerous vehicles.

Well, it's not really a Beetle, per say. It's kind of shaped like those Cali-style fiberglass one-piece body moldings. But only older women seem to drive them around (retired hippies!). Also, they tend not to make eye contact with you when you are driving the superior air cooled model of the same color.

Dude where have you been!!
It was introduced a while ago, in 67 for the US market and in 68 for Europe.
Identified by the upright headlights as opposed to the normal headlights that follow the shape of the fender. And the taillights got alittle bigger.
These new beetles are also all 12V! (Except the 1200cc model, they didn't get 12V until much later)
