That would be nice, but after that, haven't we seen enough dirty laundry? Wasn't this horse long dead and buried? It's not going anywhere. Facts are out, now we are looking at personal insults. What good do they do to anyone? Personally, I don't view it even as entertainment. I like both of the guys, and value their contribution here in Ramva.

I don't even care if what is said (after the facts are out) is true or not, it just isn't productive and it doesn't belong here. It has no value. It's only poisoning the air here.

the dirty laundry is being aired by Mario. I am not going to sit idly by while a known thief posts items for sale to scout for more victims. He can take an ad out in HVWs or VWTs to find more victims. But not in RAMVA; go somewhere else.

Anything that has had to be said personally I have said PERSONALLY, not publicly. The "attack the man" comments have all been from Mario's keyboard, not mine. I'm simply warning others of his morals (or lack of them) have have lots of proof of it, and a Courtroom agreed with me. The fact that I can't collect is another matter, but his claim that the Court was erroneous in their assessment is just as ludicrous as all the other Courtrooms that have come to a similar conclusion. The only common thread in all this is one individual, the rest of the World is crazy according to him. Does that make any sense that we are all crazy and he is the only sane one in existence?

I also will not stand by while anyone defends him WRT my situation, because they do not know my situation. The only one that had a clue what was going on was Gary, and he did defend him for a while out of friendship, but ask him about his former defense NOW.

Chris Heres the truth to you, Have we meet? I don't remember so your judging me on hearsay. I know you have hung out with Gary and have heard his side of the story, well I'm the type of person that never judges someone untill I have meet them and know them well enough. I lived with both John C and Gary and sorry to say there not the type of people I would have as friends.

I do apoligize that this crap has to go on but because, people think Johns such a great guy because he provides quality parts doesn't pertray his pesonality, nor does his comments about me let you know the type of person I am.

I know they both hate me and thats fine they both tried to screw me over and I didn't allow it to happen. They just need to take there side of the blame and get over it. actually Mario i *do* hold these two (John and Gary) in pretty high reguard.....they have never really given me any reason *not* to....as i described several paragraphs up, Gary even remained objective when asked about what was going on....that speaks alot for his credibility...he did not spread mistruths or spout off emotionally, instead he responded using common sense...

why don't you tell "your side of things" Mario? We do want to hear it! There will be no deaf ears here, I promise you. By all means clear the air with your version so that your prospective customers can put their minds at ease once and for all on your personal character and honor. I do suppose the judges have screwed you over too and were all playing favorites against you, seeing as how there is this great Gavazzi/Kafertoys conspiricy and all that.

You are not here to help people fix their cars, you are here to line up a new supply of victims; Find them elsewhere. An alternate and better approach IMO is to pay off your debts and show some honor and class, and then perhaps the VW Community will consider letting you back in. But you don't screw people over without consequences. YOU just don't happen to like some of the consequences at this particular time; Tough marbles!

Man-up and pay your debts, and you'll be on your way to redemption. But please stop your whining on how the World is against you and giving you a bum deal, everyone can see the reality of the situation.
