When I put gas in the other day, it started sputtering. Put dry gas in and it was fine. Today put gas in and it started sputtering again..then stalled and wouldn't start. Put dry gas in again and started up and ran fine. Went to start it up tonight and it wouldn't start. Sounded as if it wanted to...but wouldn't. Any ideas? Thanks.

What do you mean by "gas" and "dry gas"?

it's an additive that's very alcohol-like. I remember using it in a lawnmower to get it to start. i'm not sure if it's supposed to counteract any water in the fuel or whatever (not exactly sure what it does) but I just remember using it on a lawnmower that was hard to start and it made it easier.
so something kinda like Heet?

'Dry Gas' - I think means EasyStart - Very very bad for an engine.....
Sounds like a fuel problem though, not a very good problem description though....
Sounds like an intake leak, fuel pump leak, or cold start system problem.
