Okay this has probably been asked before... but imma ask anyways- i got 17" Motegi MR7's (4-lug)... but my jetta ('03) is a 5 lug... and to top it off... they dont have normal lug nuts... like look more like bolts... When i went to PEPBOYS they told me thats there's this special kind of lug nuts you have to order- and it would work... does anyone know what these "special" lug nuts are called... lug bolts? or any suggestions???? pls email me ASAP!!!! 9111

You might try calling the Tire Rack- they have a lot of experience with dilemmas such as yours and will likely have all the parts (and answers) you will need. Good luck.

you can't put 4lug wheels on a 5 lug car!
they are indeed lug bolts, but your 4 lug wheels won't work. sell 'em to someone with an older vee-dub or Honda and get yourself some 5 lug wheels.
good luck,
nate
