In light-duty vehicles like this, a hard ride is almost ALWAYS due to shocks which are too stiff in either rebound, compression, or both. To prove this to yourself you can unook the shocks at the bottom, or remove them, and take a short test drive (not too fast thought, you'll be amazed at how "bouncy" the ride will be).

You need to find some softer shocks or adjustable ones.

Oooops, that's supposed to be "unhook" the shocks. Also, if IIRC, it's the "compression" damping of the shock that is most likely too stiff, causing the harsh ride.

Lower the Air Pressure in your tires down to 32lbs.

What size tires are you running ??

Changing to a higher ratio side wall will help also. Go to a 75 series maybe.
