Gearbox

Yes it's been done several times, to be able to use the beefier bus late model tranny and it's bigger, stronger CV joints.

I don't know how.

Early or late T2 box in early or late T1 pan??

J.

Ps. (To place a late T1 box in/on a early T1 pan, you need the late box with a nose-cone(shifter housing) from a pre T2 -67 box..)) Just thought someone would like to know.. The "hockey stick" needs to have the indentation for the set screw drilled exactly 180 degrees off the original dimple..
