Anyone know where I can get the 'pin' that goes in the seat belt webbing? I have two cars that BOTH lost the little 'tack' that keeps the buckle from sliding all the way down to the floor when you unfasten the belt.

A good place to start would be the dealer
What you are after is called a button. (I spent 5 years working for Autoliv, where we made a few of the things.....)
My local dealer was unable to help me with a car of another make, because the button in question was part of an assembly supplied to the factory as a complete CI.
If you have a 'local' car seatbelt manufacturer you might ask them to fit one (About 2 seconds of labour) but don't ask for any warranty in today's risk-averse marketplace. Otherwise you could try sewing a couple of shirt buttons onto the belt, but that looks naff.
Try a blob of epoxy resin on the belt - anything as long as it does not damage the weave of the nylon webbing.
