Note the impossible hoops you have to jump through, such as : "It is also not possible for anyone, except government entities, to register an existing NFA weapon that is not registered, except within 24 hours after one is made by a class 2 NFA manufacturer." NFA weapons, or National Firearms Act weapons, are also known as Class
2 or semi-incorrectly as Class 3. These include all full-auto and burst mode weapons. The fact that these weapons are available at all (albeit by a loophole that makes it impossible in practice to own one without buying off the permit agencies) is used by anti-gun people to make a nonsensical argument. If you ever did arrive at legally owning one, your name would be smeared across so many fed databases that you couldn't ever use it for crime anyway. Also, if you get out and use a silencer (like in the military), they're pretty useless and disappointing. I used several varieties and none is very effective. Just get a flash suppressor and make longer, better shots. :)

To qualify for Class 3 weapons you must:
- live in a state which allows the item you are trying to own. You are responsible for knowing and understanding the laws in your state. 2. be able to meet the federal requirements to legally own a firearm (Form 4473) Basically, if you can legally own a handgun, you can purchase Class 3 weapons. 3. have the CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) willing to sign your Form 4. This person could be the Sheriff, the State Police, or Chief of Police. This person must state that he does not know of any reason why you should not possess this NFA firearm. If he will not sign your Form 4 the ATF will not process your Form 4 application. He is not legally bound to sign your Form 4. 4. have been fingerprinted by the CLEO (or representative). These cards are submitted along with your Form 4 and the 0.00 tax to the ATF. (AOW?s have a .00 tax)
It is always a good idea to find a reputable dealer before buying any NFA. He will be able to help answer any of the questions that you may have while considering the purchase of your NFA firearms.

And those ppl aren't in jail why??? WTF is the purpose of that?
Can you make an OR-Fab style front roll cage thingy??? Cost??? I could easily avoid shipping charges that way...
Ok folks...I am done with this thread...my apologies to all for wasted time and being WAY OT...I know somewhere this is a group for this, and it is not this group, so I am officially signing off this thread, as I seem misunderstood, outnumbered, and outgunned! lets get back to Jeeps, and I will in the future do my best to not open my mouth when I should not.

Ok, I am done with the cut in half deer.
i wasnt defending their actions. the point in showing you the link was to show you that typical hunting rounds are far more devastating that any typical light assault weapon. if you visit the site youll see exactly what im talking about.
ive been designing a safety cage for awhile now, more will come as i near production.
Pest control. In general, landowners are more than happy to allow varmint hunters to help control the prairie dog population at their own expense. Those things are a real hazard to livestock because of the tunnels they dig.
Besides, there isn't anything unethical about it. Those animals generally never know what hit them.
