Technically, yes. It depends on your definition of road. :)

Historical note for all you folks on New Year's eve:

In the early 1800's (before railroads) that is the kind of 'roads' that all commerce moved on using teams of horses and big wagons. These wagons were driven by 'teamsters'. Now you know why they got the reputation they did.
