..won't let me post now unless it verifies my e-mail address domain name as being valid. Means I can only post with a false 'before the @' address rather than the much safer 'after the @'.
Anyone else got this recently?

I got that a second ago, but its because Thunderbird decided that it wanted to reply to hte OP mail address as well as the group...
Must be it - I've just noticed it posted my reply 4 times into the newsgroup! even though it said it hadn't sent it. Maybe I hit the wrong button (reply to all) by mistake when replying?
