Hi I have a m reg escort Ghai. at the week end my friend fitted a new suspension arm. now I am getting a slight clunk now & again & when I brake it feels as though the car is swerving slightly & the steering wheel goes slightly out of true afterwards. what could be wrong.

Sounds like he hasn't tightened all the bolts.
Lower Rear Track control arm bushings and possibly front droplinks
