Ya, I know, heh.
Ya, I know, heh.
Does it cover rolling road use?
Actually, that's a serious question, 'cos I'm sure a manufacturer would try to wriggle out of an engine blown job if it happened on the rolling road.
Buy a PSA car - spend French taypayers' money! :p
Hmm, interesting point :) It doesn't say its not covered....
Not specifically, but it probably doesn't say you're not covered for rallying, heh.
Not saying the engines dont break like....just that they try!!
And to be fair you get some nic kit there. A lot of the lads that had VTs's
5-6 years ago now have some tasty cars. There were sever al evo's/scoobies etc and a skyline and a TVR cerbera at the last one i went to.Mason
One last try. No?
Ok, never mind.

all that notice and only one person bothered to turn up eh
I'm ashamed at the lot of you, it was a cracking day out, and you missed it :p
Dunno, me and Dervy both showed, that counts as two.

I really tried to get it sorted, but couldn't swing it. Three other prior commitments, that at the end of the day might as well have let me come to the rolling road, but didn't. Tsk, tsk.
When's the next one up for?
People clearly too timid to see Kermit on the rolling road, then! :)
Not really 'cos I'm a member of the FSOC anyway, heh.
Clearly, with the only short wheelbase front wheel drive one, too! :)
What power did he make ?
I so just called Dervy's Ka 'he'.
According to that dyno, 72bhp at the wheels, I think. Might have been at the flywheel.
Out of interest, what *do* you have to have/be to qualify for membership of the Ford Sierra Owners' Club? :-)

What is "FSOC" anyway?
ford sierra owners club.
72 bhp, estimated, at the flywheel.
I didn't see the "at the wheels" figure. I'll have to ask!
Nice.
:)
5 months of planning went into this one, and i got a 66% turn out and i'm making a loss means that there won't be another one for some time but we COULD have a urcm day, with lots of strange machinery turning up :)
it was either 52 or 58 i did have a look but i can't remember either way, you have slight transmissions losses, but squeals was 128 through the transmission!!!!!
Chuff! 52 at the wheel!
Okay now I am happy.
Did Squeals have an AWD one? He the chap and the operator said, "bit lossy in the transmission, eh?"
