Product-review: Clear numberplate cover

Last week I ordered the clear numberplate cover from IL Motorsports (Germany; product #: NA0-0068). I received the cover today and I put it on my Miata. It's a nice and beautiful accessory, only the build pities me a bit. First a couples of pics:

Assembling is simple and is done in 5 minutes. Only 2 Screws next to the numberplate-lights; that's all. But that is also the flaw. Since the cover is held by only 2 screws at the top, the bottom side that's not fixed can move freely. I solved this by putting some pieces of sticky tape, since I didn't had any transparent kit. This is centainly a point for improvement! Furthermore, I think ?49 for a bit of bent plexiglass and 4 screws is a lot of money. But hey, that's talking in retrospect... :)

Might be the reason R-Speed is not stocking them anymore.

You would think IL could find a fix themselves for that money.

The glare evident in picture # 4 is probably why these things are illegal in Texas as of September 4.
