Diamante

Nov 25, 2003 2 Replies

I recentlty bought a 1996 Diamante but it has no handbook. I was wondering if someone could tell me hot reset the mileage display on the computer. It has 4 buttons - H M S & Mode - I assume I need to press some combination of these.

Thanks John

Why not bop on over to your local dealership and buy a manual? Every car should have one, and it might just come in handy for something unexpected. You can probably get one for ten bucks or less.

I've never understood how things like owner's manuals and "valet" keys manage to get separated from cars. People must keep them as souvenirs or something when they sell their vehicles.

More often than not it means that it was originally a rental.
