Key won't turn on '97 Mitusubishi Mirage. Ideas? Worn key? What is best way to fix if it is a bad ignition switch?

Tried moving it around alittle ?? the boot key on my Magna does the same thing, i feel it has worn justy that much, but if i hold it upward, the boot unlocks. Either that or weigh up the costs of a new key or ignition lock.

We exported to the US the Diamante which in actual fact is a LHD Verada.

I have three keys for my Misu Galant 97. One that works best is a little bent to forward !!!
