Problem with a the E30 4wd is one front driveshaft goes exactly where the RHD steering stuff needs to be.

RHD stuff,

LHD you can get a Citroen AX 4x4 amongst others..

Yup. FF also did some 4wd Ford Zodiacs for the Police.

The 7-litre is actually a 7212cc Chrysler engine (The 440 from the Dodge Charger amongst others). They also used the 6.3 Chrysler and some late ones have a 5.7.

Yes, the Mondeo and 405 did. Mark one Mondeo 2.0 Si 4x4s seem to be quite rare.
