Some cars you'll all hate :-)

Me and some mates had a little impromptu 'hot hatch' meet today -

I know I know, they're all FWD and 'gay' - still, it was a nice day, and it's 4 totally different ways and philosophies of doing the hot hatch and making the performance. Turbo, Supercharger, leery cams and Vtec!

Sounds like a fun clean way for young men to bond with each other, without their mothers saying they should meet a nice young lady.

Oh wait that sound a bit, what is the word........

Civic deserves respect. Mini is good. What's the deal with the two driving school cars though?

What's with the plate on the Clio... doesn't seem particularly personalised to you or the car.

If you all had a good day, what else matters.

I love days like that :-)

Me 2.

The grass is cut as one can see. Now I am not suggesting that the items on the grass were responible but they certainly had the power needed. :-)

But did I skip something: where is the V6?

I heard it went into a little skid coming out of a roundabout and Dan took it straight to the nearest dealers to get a FWD

I got terminal cancer and needed something more practical.

Previous owners initials heh. Came with the car - dealer said she got married and didn't want the plate - I didn't wanna wait the like 4 weeks it would be to get it swapped by them heh. Time is suddenly a factor in most decisions as I'm sure you'll understand ;-)

I might swap it for an 07 plate myself, but I might not be arsed. Not as if anyone on the street knows it's not my initials heh.

I totally did a load of handbrake turns and played at been Colin Mcrae in his early years for a bit :-D

Unfortunately I got some bad news from the hospital :-( Turns out my cancer is back and unfortunately there is nothing else left that they can do. So after what, 13 years of fighting the good fight they've had to start using phrases like "make you as comfortable as possible". So, frankly I needed something comfier, and more practical - as there will be a lot of visiting and going places with big groups of mates and stuff - yet I also wanted something I could forget all my troubles with down a B road if the mood takes. And I'm absolutely loving the R27 - the handling is just immense and it's so much ffun to just cain and throw around. And the Recaros are so cossetting and supportive - despite how racey they look I can just sit in them for hours without getting pain - and I can't even sit in my bed for hours without getting pain hehe!

Hehe totally :) I don't see a problem with a car girls like TBH - I don't mind attracting them to it. I accept it may not attract men, but I have to admit, that's not a huge problem for me ha!
