It's totally ridiuculous - it looks like some sort of VAN coupe !

The Civic Type-R can't pull off it's excessive height - I wonder what they were smoking when they thought the Integra would be able to :)

147kw???

about the same as my wifes punto safeway limited edition

192nm torque :) think i'll stick to the v8 :)

Yours wifes Punto has a shade over 197bhp?

not quite 197 bhp actually more like 185 with the gas on

I've seen one in the flesh in white, and it looked stunning.

I quite like it :)

Talking of yuck, my dad has brought a 307 CC (mid life crisis me thinks), and my sister's fiance is getting a R5 GTT and reckons its great because it has had £3000 of work done to it and only costs £500 (the silly boy will soon learn).

Some people reckon a car that's had a lot spent on it is a good buy as it's been really well looked after. To me it just says that a lot's gone wrong.

Peter

depends what the cash is spent on....

Oh dear :)

Oh dear oh dear ! They really are horrendous.

HAHAHHAHAHA !

Nom raved thus:

Looks like a Celica in that side shot :(

Probably 4 or 5 headgaskets all in quick succession :)

I like it.

The "R" comes with 200hp, but the funny thing is that I own an Acura Integra GS-R (stock, and soon for sale), which is the older model here in the US and I have raced a few of the R's (also stock) and they don't pull away. Neither do I for that matter, it is a very even race and I only have 170hp. Go figure...

The diference comes when you add a turbo or a super charger. The R gains a lot more hp than the GS-R, but I wonder if is the same situation as before.

Then they havn't been driving them right :)

There is a possibility that your statement is true, but I doubt it.

:)

I don't reckon its that bad. Also reckon it will grow on me. As I really dispised the Civic Type R when it first came out. Now I don't think its that bad. Still aint gonna win any beauty contests but I think its alright. So I'm reckoning the same will apply with the Integra.

Come to think of it, the same applied to the new Vectra, don't think its that bad now.

Come to come to think of it:-) Has anyone noticed over the years that the

*majority* of new cars have got uglier. I used to remember when I saw a new model of such and suh I usually went ooohh, ahhhhh. The Hyundai coupe for example:-) thought the 206 looked wicked when I first saw that silly advert of it flying through a little street. etc etc. Now when I see a new car, its errr umm, yeah thats ok. or err thats F.ugly. Seems to only be the cars that are specifically designed for looks that actually turn out good looking. You know, coupe's, roadsters, sporty and supercar types.

Clio, Civic, 307, Fiesta, vectra, primera, micra etc etc. All ugly cars, and it just seems as the though the trend is to get used to them being ugly and begin to like them. Rather than them actually being nice to start with. If you see what im trying to get at...:-/

Whatever, its late and is a quick post:-)
