I've never heard of a maintainance schedule for an exhaust system.........
My brother is on his second set of Flowmasters after the first set rotted out and unceremoniously dropped out from underneath his truck.

Damn, I have had mine for 10 years, going on 11.
Consider yourself lucky then. Now that I know about the stainless Deltas, I may go with those next time.
