Dear All, I need some help, i own a sunfire 1999, the front right turn signal went dead, i do not know how to replace it, it is in the front bumber, under the head light area, i tried from the engine compartment, but everything there is closed and i cannot reach it, i tried from underneath the can, the same thing i cannot reach it. Please give me some instructions on how to replace it. Thanks, Del

I'm not familiar with your Sunfire but on some cars you have to remove the headlight assembly to access the turnsignal bulbs.
Some cars if you need to go underneath the front bumper and remove the black splash shield or perhaps the wheel well liner can be unfastened to gain access to the turnsignals.
Most GM cars the turnsignal sockets twist one way and then you pull it straight out.
