I cannot tell you for sure, based on my limited experience with Stude convertibles.

I can tell you, however, that the seller is Phil Brown, who I have known for many years and have bought a lot (too much, according to my wife) of very hard to find Studebaker parts from. Phil is a very knowledgeble Studebaker enthusiast and vendor, very honest, and a good guy. If he says it will fit.......it will fit! And if there is a problem, he will make it right.
