Too poor to afford ID. Was never issued a birth certificate. So frail that it's very, very hard to go to the government office and get ID.
Should people be required to pay to vote?

All bogus excuses in today's world. Why would not the vote of a fraudulent voter marginalizing the vote of the legitimate voter not be as much or more of a legitimate consideration. Your reasoning on this is ridiculous. It's a ridiculous position.
