The best people to fight the Saudis and Iranians in Iraq are the Iraqis themselves because it's their country, and most Iraqis are more loyal to Iraq than to Islam, including Muktada al Sadr. Our occupation of Iraq isn't helping us a bit but is hurting our fight against terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
