Need help with clutch fork and bearing.

I need some help. I bought a new clutch release fork for my 61. I hace the bearing that came from the 60. The new fork matches exactly with the bearing round pegs if it worked exactly backwards... If I put the fork in place, the bearing does not seem to match the fork... It would match if I put the bearing between the fork and the transmission...

Do I have the correct fork? Is mine assembled backwards? Do you need a picture to see? Can you point me to a picture of a fork to match it with mine?

Thanks...

I can snap a pic tomorrow, as many as you need, but don't have any handy right now and it's night, so it's dark outside where I have a few trannies lying around..
