door locks on 97 grand voyger

Is was wandering how difficult and expensive it is to buy and replace one drivers door and both rear sliding door actuators, passenger door one was replaced when still under warranty. They lock and un-lock when ever they want. I would'nt mind tearing into the doors and replacing them if it not to hard to remove the door panels to get to them.

I have same problem with my 97 Grand caravan. I stopped using the key fob as I wasn't sure if I locked the doors or not.

Not on my 97GC, but on my older Caravan I had problems. I did the cleaning trick on the contacts, but they evidently got corroded down deep, and while I could make them work with a good polish, I ended up replacing them for a permanent fix. It wasn't hard to do, if I remember right, they just popped out and had a push on connector on the back.
